As the founder and CEO of Alpha Omega Corporation (AOC) in Naples, Florida, Spiros Zorbalas oversees assets valued at over $1.5 billion in multifamily homes and hotels in the Americas and Europe. Under Spiros Zorbalas' leadership, AOC was named the 26th fastest-growing private real estate consortium in the United States. Additionally, he serves as the CEO of RDG Development, an award-winning company that specializes in luxury residential and commercial spaces.
Mr. Zorbalas also started the Alpha Omega Foundation, which meets the housing needs of women and children who have been abused. He launched the foundation with $1 million from AOC properties and plans to expand its base to $250 million.
Previously, Mr. Zorbalas founded Atlanta Consulting Group International, a company that advised clients such as Cigna, BellSouth, Honeywell, Unisys, and Shell Oil. He also served as the director of Anderson Consulting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a component of CSC Consulting. Mr. Zorbalas worked with the management of technology companies to grow the company's revenues by over 70 percent.
Graduating cum laude from Dartmouth College, he went on to the University of Minnesota to earn an MBA in finance and strategic management. He is a member of several professional associations, including the Dartmouth Alumni Club and the Hellenic Olympic Committee, and he serves as the treasurer of the Reserve at Naples Condominium Association. In his free time, Mr. Zorbalas enjoys music, fine dining, and traveling the world.
